Q. What is the turnaround time?
A. Turnaround time depends on the volume to be translated (Normally for 5000 words would take 2-3 working days)

Do you have in house translators?
A Yes! We have in house translators.

Q.Are they on your payroll?
A They are on different kind of payroll.

Q.Do you have any native translators?
A Yes! We do have native translators.

Q.How do you ensure quality in translation?
A. We accept assignments in any form whether it is a soft or hard copy. Then, the projects are split based on the customers' requirement. Every project is categorized according to the content, purpose and format. After the completion of the text translation, the project is laid out according to the requirement. At each and every stage of our process, the document is checked for quality by our experts. Along with speed and efficiency, we ensure consistency, accuracy, safety and quality in our translation work.

Q. What is the cost of translation?
A. Please refer to the price list for both foreign and Indian language translations. The price is negotiable when the project consists of more than 50,000 words. With regard to Indian Languages translation, maximum 250 English words make one page and we charge on a page basis.

Q. Do the translators work at your office?
A. Yes! They work at our office on the regular basis (depending on the projects).

Q. How do you find/contact the translators?
A. During the past 5 years of carrying out the business of translation, we have created an extensive data base of resource persons from all over the world. Moreover, we are also providing training new translators and we get people from various regions who are applying for a job or through references.

Q. How do we know your quality?
A. Quality of our translators’ work is proved by the type of clients we are retaining.  Our clientele comprise companies like IBM, Accenture and many major Japanese companies. Apart from this, we are in constant interaction with our translators and continuously provide them with our own and the clients’ feedback.

Q. What is localization?
A. Localization is nothing but translating projects based on the requirement of the region, culture and market.

Q. What is globalization?
A. We provide total language solutions according to the requirements of the global market.

Q. Can you provide a translator at our place?
A. Since translation is a special skill, and it is logistically not viable, it is difficult for us to commit a translator at your place.  However, we definitely do the work from our office and take care of your confidentiality. If you desire so, we can consider signing an NDA.

Q. What kind of project management process do you undertake?
A. In the Translation department, we have a team consisting of translators, proof-readers, editors and DTP persons. If the volume to be translated is very high, a Project Manager would coordinate the team and make certain of the work quality. The Project Manager would regularly update the client, get timely approvals and manage the work schedule, according to the committed dates.

Q. How do you manage the schedule?
A. We work with realistic timeframes which are confirmed with the client and work  according to the client’s priority. If you need us to work on an aggressive schedule, we are able to prioritize your project.
There are some projects where we have to work around the clock to help our clients to release their products on time.

Q. How many words can you handle?
A. We can handle any number of words; we have even worked with 1 to 2 hundred thousands of words per day. In general, we can handle 1500 words per person-day.
In accordance with the schedule and work, we increase the number of translators and manage the language flow, technical terminology and consistency according to the clients’ requirements.

Q. What are the criteria for recruitment of translators?
A. To become a translator, one must have the degree in the target language with at least 5 years of experience in the translation industry. And for the technical translations, the translators must be familiar with the concerned subject.

Q. Are you using any software?
A. No, we do not use any software to translate as it cannot carry out any context based translation. It may be used as a support to dictionary to quicken the process. So we use individual translation and use software only for our editing and proof-reading purposes.
